Gameplay 10/10 - Metal Gear Solid for the PS is an extremely fun game to play with about 5-10 hours of gameplay,depending on how much story pieces you watch.I watched all the Codec parts and all the cutscenes along with completing the game and it took me 8hours.There is a great amount of weapons and other things in your inventory,with weapons such as the Stinger and Nikiti which are awesome.Boss fights are all sweet,just like all MGS games.The story is simply wonderful,with quite a few plot twists and setups for kool things that keeps you interested and wanting to play.I just love this game and couldnt put the controller down.All the characters are kool and interesting too.A great game to start a great trilogy-soon-to-be-four-game-series.

Graphics 9/10 - The graphics are good for the Playstation and being made in 1995 even though they do have many sharp edges.If you havent played a PS game before this and you cant stand graphics anything less than a mediocre PS2 graphics game then this may not be for you,but if you can manage with these graphics then you should definitely enjoy this great game.There are many parts in this game that have great graphics though,like the environments and the REX.

Sound 10/10 - I love the music in MGS games!This is another great example of Konami putting good music into their games and the MGS games.The theme song and other songs are wonderful,plus the voice acting,weapons,machines and other sounds sound awesome.

Value 10/10 - I really recommend this game to anybody.I bought my copy of it for only $15 and I think it was a killer bargain.With this game being such a masterpiece and having up to 10hours of gameplay,I dont think anybody should toss this up.(*Note to all non-PS owners/non-PS memory card owners:If you only have a PS2,you need a PS memory card to save!*)

Tilt 10/10 - Like I have said before,I love this game and think it is an awesome game to start off the masterpiece of a series that MGS is.Every aspect of this game is well-done and EVERYONE should play it(and of course the other Metal Gear Solid games after it).
