Metal Gear Solid the Twin Snakes is a great remake but I don’t think it should be on the Gamecube.

MGS the Twin Snakes is a great game. All though I don’t think it’s the perfect match for the Gamecube. It’s not right on the controller it’s really uncomfortable. The graphics are good but I think it could have been better on the PS2. I thought this would be just like the PSone version of MGS but it’s not. It’s missing a lot of things that I wish they would have kept in there. I would have liked to have seen VR Missions maybe. A Demo Theater would have been pretty cool. Although you only get the Single Player of this game with updated graphics and a duel mode. I think this is a fantastic game just about the whole entire MGS game you used to know. Just lots of graphics and voice overs improved. I really wished they didn’t change the voice acting in this one because it really isn’t as good as the original. It just feels like everything is being read from a script when it is but the original felt more real. Like I said before the Gamecube controller is just horrible for this game. It gets very uncomfortable so you have to keep taking breaks. I think any MGS fan will enjoy this game but if you’re a die hard fan of MGS you might not really like to idea of MGS on Gamcube. The price of this game isn’t too bad for what you’re getting. I’ve seen this game for as cheap as 10 bucks. But I think for brand new you can buy it for 20 dollars. So in closing any hard time MGS fan who wants something new in this series is that it’s different voice overs, improved graphics, and it’s on a new system. While this is a good remake I was excepting a lot more and was a little disappointed in the end. If it was on the PS2 I don’t think I would have been disappointed at all.
