First thing everyone will notice about Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots are the GRAPHICS. Just wow.... and again wow... everything is so highly detailed, so sharp and so awesome. in this regard MGS4 really pushes up PS3's abilities and gives us a look what is the world's best console really capable off. The presentation is so good that when you play the game you truly feel like you're there, cause when an explosion happens dirt and dust sticks on the screen of your TV. Water effects, facial animations,guns and other environments are also top notch. score 10/10


But besides graphics, MGS4 offers the best STORY in video games history (at least for me). We should all be thankful to Hideo Kojima, series creator and mastermind, for making such advanced, interesting, immersive story. I know when i first played the game i was wondering how could someone make such awe-inspiring story. in this sequence of the game Hideo Kojima is the best game producer/director ever. any gamer should play MGS4 at least because of the story. score 10/10


GAMEPLAY: I think MGS4 is all about the gameplay. Again wow... as most of you folks know, Metal Gear games belong to stealth genre. no doubt MGS4 is the ultimate stealth game. this time Snake is equipped with octo-camo, special sneaking suit,which enables him to blend in in every environment and wait or hide from enemy soldiers. stealth kills and CQC kills are so fun to pull off... you need to play this game, cause i can't describe it enough. but when enemy soldiers detect Snake, they'll start firing at him and your CQC and stealth actions are useless. in this situation you'll need to fight back with your guns. and again this is where MGS4 really shines. Snake can use loads of different weaponry, from handguns,SMGs, rifles,snipers,shotguns,mines,granades all the way to RPGs and other heavy duty weapons. Snake can crawl, walk, run, hang from ledges, fight and much more. score 9.5/10

SOUND: well i can say sound is perfect. voice acting, sound of guns, of enemies, of animals in your environment, everything is so clear and crisp.
voice work is impressive and it really helps characters come to life. score 10/10


REPLAY VALUE: MGS4 is that kind of game which is meant to be played for years to come. after you complete the game you get a rank. there are 30 different ranks and you can play it in 5 difficulties. Metal Gear Online will keep you hooked and hungry for more. score 9.5/10


OVERALL: MGS4 is another great PS3 exclusive and a reason to buy the console. anyone who intends to play it one day must know that it is impossible to feel like you're wasting your time and that you can't feel letdown.
everything is almost perfect, except the fact that there are no trophies.
i recommend it. it's 100% worthy.
