This game is brutally hard to learn and the single player campaigns throw you straight into the deep end without holding your hand. The developers assume you've played RTSs before and have a degree of expertise. It's level of detail and need for micromanagement might deter some people, but I love it. I only discovered this game after trying its predecessor Soldiers Heroes Of WWII on GOG.com ealier this year, a full 5 years after its orignal release. But I must admit I am deeply in love with this game. If you like realistic 3D camera RTS games (World In Conflict deserves a mention), I highly recommend you try this game. I'm looking forward to trying their latest version Assault Squad 2 after I complete the campaigns.
