The Battle Network Series Goes Retro Gameplay Style But as cool as that sounds the series was better off as a GBA RPG.

User Rating: 6.5 | RockMan EXE Transmission (Best Price!) GC
The MegaMan Battle Network series was very popular among GBA owners due to it's unique style of tactical gameplay and RPG elements. So Capcom went and announced a Battle Network Title For GameCube and well... things obviously didn't turn out right. anyways this is Shaolin Turtle's 2nd Review so lets get started on this Battle Network Adventure.

Plot: One month after the first battle network game Lan Hikari and MegaMan EXE are in there fight against the WWW organization and defeat them. While They Chill Out for a month the WWW launch the zero virus infects Navis and makes them go crazy. MegaMan and Lan team up once again to eliminate the virus and save all the Navis.

GamePlay: 7.5. Plays in the style of the original MegaMan games a little awkward level design but other than the it's pretty average creative mix of original gameplay and BN gameplay.

Sound: 8.5. While it's lazy that Capcom didn't dub this game in english if you like MegaMan or techno music the soundtracks a blast.

Controls: 8.0. There simple but they also feel a little unresponsive at times.

Graphics: 6.5. Cel Shaded 3D Graphics pretty much all i can say.

Difficulty: 3.0. The Worst part Of This Game by far I mean, all i can say is, CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP because if you don't conserve your chips you'll just die over and over again P.S you can't reload em so tough luck you'll probably have to keep jacking out and coming back to a Netshop at least 8000 times with your hands full of zenny (money) to win this game. for the most part EVERYTHING is tough about this game. it lets up on you sometimes but sometimes is'nt enough.

Overall 7.3 out of 10. if you don't care for the MM BN series But love the original series and aren't afraid of a game thats nearly impossible Buy it if not and are just a Battle Network Fan Try It otherwise stay the Hell Away From it.

Well That was my second review thanks for reading! once again this is Shaolin Turtle going back in his shell see ya!
