A great port of the Japanese SNES game!
Game-Play:
This game is plays very similar to the classic Mega Man games only with an added store you can buy things with (though not many of them truly useful, but fun to try out at least once). Being able to play as bass actually improves upon the original game-play by far by giving the player a sort of optional easy setting with a stronger character. Both are supposedly equal in some ways, at least, that's the way they seemed to try to design it, but they were unsuccessful, and really, Bass turns out to be the stronger character with Megaman being a hard setting to an already hard game.
Overall though, the game-play doesn't suffer from this at all, and they pulled off the entire game pretty well.
Graphics:
The characters look a little different then you see in a game like Mega Man X or Mega Man 7 on the SNES. The animations are a little odd at times, but overall, they all work and fit together.
Sound:
All the classic sounds are here. The music isn't quite to my liking at times, but it's just personal preferences of mine when it comes to styles.
Overall, it can be a game I suggest. It's really a nice tweak to the original formula that turned out successful. Do buy and play if you have the chance!
