As I am a big fan for Mega Man/Contra/Metroid I just can't see myself play this ever on a new age console... maybe download it like I did with Final Fight/Street Fighter Etc... but mass marketing to buy off the shelf seems like market research was not conducted well. I deal with many retro gamers, and they are not the mass of consumers who spend good luck and GO CAPCOM Can't wait for Lost Planet 2

I can play it on an emulator. And, of course, have better options...

Yup. In hell there will be great consoles, but only CAPCOM games to play on them. Hopefully kids will keep buying these titles so that CAPCOM stays in business. I'd hate to see this design team split up and hired by developers who make decent games.

They should have made the game with next gen graphics cause this is weak. I got a stack of old NES games that are still fun but I didn't pay $$$ for a next gen system to play games that I could play on my 20 year old Nintendo. I can play these games for free with the Emulator on my PC anyway.

Looks fun, of course, but if I wanted retro, I'd play Metroid.
