Bad multiplayer graphics, choppy unintuitive controls, sickening head bob, glitchy punkbuster coupled origin

User Rating: 3.5 | Medal of Honor PC
The worst thing Dice could have done was sell out to EA games but we put up with it because Battlefield 3 is such a great game. Medal of Honor WF is not a great game in fact it's near terrible couple that with EA pushing it through Origin and it's a recipe for disaster.

The single player is a mess of ideas poorly executed. The first time you start playing the graphics look great and then quickly things go sour...You can't see what you're shooting at, the levels are so full of "stuff" you battle to keep track of anything. The camera is far to close to objects and as a result you get a game that looks like Modern Warfare had sexual intercourse with Metro 2033. It's a sickening blend of head bobbing chaos and motion blur textures.

The game consistently takes control from you during their poor cut scenes and the "breach" we saw in Modern Warfare (THE FIRST ONE!) is throughout the game - why? Entire tree trunks move in the wind????

The single player will flick to the desktop after every new mission as well, just as a side note.

Just when you think things couldn't get any worse you attempt the multiplayer only to find, as usual, patches and down time during the first few minutes. If you were unlucky enough to get punkbuster errors then I pity you.

Upon entering the game the multpiplayer is noticeably grungy looking, it looks like a low budget Indie game, the movement from the enemy characters is one dimensional, there's no natural movement. You can't jump over half of the objects in your way. You can't distinguish the enemy from the rest of the environment. The scope of the guns is enormous and fills half of your view, Aiming is a nightmare and the shoddy controls from the single player ring true in the multiplayer.

I could go on but it's difficult to review a game of this poor quality.

Graphics: 5/10 I don't know how to put this, they are good but presented in a terrible way
Sound: 5/10 (gun and bullet noises sound like someone hitting a tin can)
Gameplay: 2/10
Story: 2/10

An appalling game
