lets hope that since this game is based on the frostbite 2 engine and its modified, maybe now we can shoot through paper and glass. Ive had plenty of experiences where I would shoot a guy behind a flimsy wall of nothingness and my attack hits nothing. COD, even with all its faults, allowed players to shoot through most of everything to a limited extent. Granted explosions couldnt destroy buildings but you could shoot through the buildings. I mean i can knife melee a fence but my bullets cant shoot through sheet metal?
Played this at Eurogamer and the vibe was clear- it is a poor game trying to cash in on a franchise that is very overcrowded. The Game lacked visually, and especially in the sound and Gameplay. I also played BLOPS2 which is a *yawn* more of the same - BUT - it is a very fine cocktail that makes a lot of other FPS comparably worse. @eurogamer
Looks good, but has a lot to do to stand out from the already great games/franchises that already exist in this genre.
looks nice, specially when running on a nuclear powered PC... I wonder how it will look on consoles?! Sad that is becoming more like "ghost recon HUD like" look...there is too much info going on the screen, I wish they keep it more simple and realistic and avoid those HALO futuristic HUD's...BF3 is borderline on that, way too much help... mini maps are ok, but having silhouettes around your team is too much....
@kumarhumour Haha so true. Gamespot gave BF3 a 9/10 I think, lol. FAIL! BF3 deserved a 6/10 MAX...it was a direct downgrade from BC2 in like every single way except graphics.

@PDXmauler97 Lol really? Bad Company 2 had VOIP, not in BF3. In BC2 you could destroy entire buildings, not in BF3. BF3 has Battlelog which is the most piece of crap system ever, Bad Company 2 had an in-game soldier menu that did the same thing. No start menu in BF3. All BF3 is is CoD with squads and no VOIP, that's it. Thus it's mediocre at best and only deserves a 6/10.
I dunno. BF and MoH games are the only online games that I can achieve lots of kills when I try really hard. But I can never do that with COD games which is very frustrating.
@metalkid9 I do not even consider CoD a Competitive game. It's more like the playground of First person Shooters. For laughs and giggles.

@buccomatic @metalkid9 used to happen the same to me, but only in xbox live, xbox live is a piece of crap you pay for, on psn it never happened, but in other gmes it dosent happen also, its a fail of the cod2 engine (cod2, mw1,2,3 bo1,2) to let this happen in lagged connections, cod3 dont have this problem
7 Like I just canceled my pre order for this game, I can't see it being much different from Battlefield 3. (not getting black ops 2 either)

I am pissed I missed this. I wanted redemption for being eliminated by a team I already eliminated in the BF3 Tournament.
1 Like ugh .. The marketing style for MoH is extremely pretentious. I really get nauseous by the 'we're tough soldiers' game they try to pull off. No you're not. You're a dev/gamer who spend most of your time in front of your PC. There is nothing 'hardcore' about that.
