"Almost, but not quite"

On paper and in theory, this should have been the game of the year but unfortunately it is frustratingly difficult and annoying . . . . The hit detection is somewhat suspicious with many people blaming this on the client side detection. Whatever the reason it leaves you, at times, screaming bull***t at your screen. I have been playing FPS for many many years now and like to think that, whilst not the best at this genre, I know enough about it to be able to make a valid statement. I guess the game is not consistent enough. I would say that 2 out of 10 times I play the multiplayer I get a satisfying experience but the other 8 are dismal. Why carry on playing then . . . . . well the 2 times it is good, it is REALLY good. Some people seem to have found the key or the knack to the game and wade through the opposition with great ease but if you don`t 'get it' relatively early on then you'll not really enjoy the game. One really big negative . . . . .. they rate the customisation and weaponry in the game but it's really not all it is cracked up to be. The weapons are essentially country variants of the same weapons, with the same optics, same barrels, same stocks, it's false advertising in my books. If you have a spare sum of cash to spend on the game and don`t need it for more important matters then I would probably get the game just to see if you are one of the lucky few who 'gets' the game. I guess i'll keep banging my head against this brick wall in the hope that one day I will also 'get' the game.
