If your looking for a brilliant FPS, look no further than Call of Duty 3, because this is not what your looking for.

I got this game for $40 AU, this is a very good price, but, I have to say, the game is only twenty dollars short of what the price should be.
It's not bad, it is enjoyable, but compared to other FPS games I've played e.g. Call of Duty 3, it's not very good.
I found the game was too dark, especially the first 2 levels. It's rated MA15+, but this must be only because you are killing humans because it isn't incredibly violent, I mean, there's no blood!
The only thing here that I found really good, is that you can bop up and down when your aiming down the barrell, but you can't move around.
The weapons are your average world war guns, nothing unique or special here.

Now I will be a bit more optimistic.
This game can be quite satisfying, it still offers the same run throughout big levels blasting nazi faces off that we've come to know and love.
This was the first World War FPS game that I bought, and I have to say, I think I would have preffered to borrow this game 3 times and buy Call of Duty 3 instead of vice versa which is what happened.
This review is much like the game; short. I don't like short games, they don't fully satisfy me, I come out thinking; is that all?

Fun is to be had with Medal of Honor Vanguard, just not much of it. I'd say, rent it, but beware, if you do rent it, you'll probably finish it before it's due back.

Adios Ameegos.
