An interesting storyline made of MIA brothers and spy missions set during 2° World War in the Pacific.

User Rating: 8 | Medal of Honor: Rising Sun PS2
Medal of Honor Rising Sun allows you to play as Corporal Joseph Griffin, a marine serving his country in the Pacific Ocean during Second World War.

The game itself has an intriguing storyline, in which you have to look for your missing brother and perform spy missions behind enemy lines.

The IA has been improved since the enemies can do more than just standing in the middle of the battlefield and shooting you: they can change position, ambush you from foxholes, snipe from the treetops and use melee weapons like katanas and throwing kitchen knives at you.

The third point is the location chosen for the videogame: The Pacific ocean (and that is positive since all the MOH games take place in Europe);

The last positive point of the game is the extra menu (filled with backstage videos, interviews with the real veterans of the Pacific War and stuff like that)

The negative points of the game are the: 1] the lack of subtitles when the enemies talk/insult you while shooting (and that's bad because I DO NOT understand Japanese); 2] the evaluation system, that is even more strict than the one used in the other games (especially the "Accuracy" and the "Shots Taken" points, which can be a problem for beginners).

I recommend this videogame for those who want to challenge their friends in Deathmatch competitions, and for those who wants to become more skilled at sniping (believe it or not after playing 10 hours of this and then starting to play another MOH game, my aim had improved greatly)
