The Best first person shooter game ever

User Rating: 9.5 | Medal of Honor: European Assault PS2
Another Medal of Honor game I never get tired of the series. Medal of Honor: European Assault is for all three consoles. Plus it's one of the shortest in the series. You start off as Lt. Holt in helping out various countries early in the war. By helping the English to the Russians and at the end you go back fighting for America. Pretty much the game tells you what to do, by the radar on the screen and getting radar messages by your commander. On the radar there's a arrow you follow to your main objective and have a few side missions to do while you get. Either killing your rival, stealing secret documents, or blowing up something. Doing the side missions will get you the medals. You also get a squad that follows you around and can order them to clear a room for or to tell them to get behind cover. The only thing that did bother me was that it did get harder and harder each time you completed a mission and move on to the next. Also that the enemy AI was smarter than your friendly AI. For an example, by throwing grenades to short that wound you or other squad member. Plus they don't cover you or help killing the enemy AI especially when there's a lot of enemy AI. Also they should of put in coop like they did for Medal of Honor: Rising Sun. But other than that, the game is great. As for the graphics could of been worked on a little bit better it still looks great. The music and the sound fx are fantastic as well as the voice overs. There's really nothing bad that I can say about the game. I would try renting it before buying to see if you really like. You can beat the game probably in five hours, depending on what difficulty you put it on.
