The game is truly addictive, even after so many controversies & shortness of the game.

- "Highly addictive"
Mass Effect 3 a game of feeling, controversies, reality & an amazing multiplayer. I completed the single player within under hrs, not so long for me. As the Mass Effect 2 gives the much longer gameplay but overall the game is very addictive. As I already mentioned in one of my blog that, I never give points based on graphics or anything other but the gameplay & the addictive nature of the game. Higher the addiction of the game, higher the rating. And this game is so much addictive.
I can't put my hands away anywhere, rather than playing Mass Effect 3. I played the game continuously with every end I tied simultaneously, along with the Multiplayer. Well I must say, I'm not a online multiplayer fan but this games multiplayer, that in between the game I forget about the main Single player story & totally succumbed in the multiplayer.
Now, the main story goes well & makes you able to know the secrets in the continuous manner, the flow of the story is good. And for me the game is short. But the characters introduction needed much more & very few team members you've get in this game in respect of Mass Effect 2. So, the choices are less but as you got Liara, EDI & Ashley, they are good team members & partner well in the mission. [SPOILER] Other characters play some cameo & go or I say, they die.
Controversies over the game: [spoiler alert]
The first controversy of the game is importing the Save data, as I played this in PC. I found no problem & all the player characteristics are transferred without any problem, even the face.
The second & the biggest controversy is the ending of the game, so here my points:-
1. Yes, the final mission the Earth Priority mission 2 is little lame, caus theer is no big boss to fight like in Mass Effect 2 you have to fight again a Human Reaper. And you've to just fight with the hordes of Reaper creatures. Their need to be more bigger boss fight.
2. Now the ending, where everybody disapproves the end of the Shepard, that why it doesn't have a good or happy ending. Why Shepard is the one needs kill himself/herself in regard to make a decision in the end to save, control or destroy. So, many Reviewers rating the game very low because they don't like the ending. But I found the ending is good enough. Every war needs sacrifices & everybody get saved is not possible. As the Mass Effect 3 is the ending of the Shepard, they used the ending of the game for it. Shepard is remain a Hero.
And I remind those who played Mass Effect 2, that in the beginning, Shepard is already dead, he is bring back by Cerberus's Lazarus project.
So, overall the game is addictive, has good multiplayer but it needed a better Boss mission in the end. Also the EA's policy of locked DLC in the game DVD is the worst & disheartening thing they did to the Gamer. Bad business practices should be avoided.
All in all the game is fantastic.

What should've been a perfect ending to a long voyage, turned out to be a scam of massive proportions in at least 2 ways

While good overall, the finale does not live up to it's predecessors.
