Not true to the Mass effect series but still fun.

Mass Effect 3 is a great action and shooting game but just didn't feel like Mass Effect as I knew it from the past 2 games. There are much less choices and the choices you do make don't seem to matter as much as they used to. If this is your first Mass Effect game I would definitely recommend picking up the 2nd or 1st one and playing through those first as they are much more fun and give you the Mass Effect experience much better than this one.

Gameplay : The action is awesome and there are more powers and weapons / upgrades than before. The firefights are so lively with explosions, missiles flying around, biotics and all that good stuff mass effect action is known for. Though the dialogue and cut scenes seem to take more time up than they should and as stated earlier the choices just don't matter anymore.

Graphics : The graphics are pretty much the same as the previous 2 mass effects just rehashed a little and the normandy is much cooler this time around and you don't have to wait forever for the elevator this time which is good. Some of the textures and things are kinda unacceptable like the pigeons on the citadel they almost look like playstation 1 graphics. But the Mass Effect engine is pretty old so this can be excused.

Audio : The music and voice acting is top notch like you'd expect for a game like this. One of my favorite sounds is the one you hear while exploring the galaxy map.

Story : The story is pretty awesome almost the whole way through until the end. It leaves too many unknowns and questions to be asked by the player. Definitely not the best Mass Effect title out there but worth playing.
