Closest I've gotten was 175k with my FQE. Otherwise I average around 100k-130k.

Only once. 209k with a Vorcha Soldier on Reactor/Geth/Gold. I was playing with one friend and two randoms, and our randoms were some of the worst I had ever seen.

i only got over 200 while playing solo.

Got 201k doing it with my friend once. He was very deliberately playing more of a passive tank/support class while I'd be the damage dealer and objective...person. Most of the time I get anywhere from 85k to 130k.

It's completely possible on Platinum. There's enough upper tier bosses for it to happen. I've gotten over 200k twice with the vanilla Asari Adept Commando. I've done it with the Kroguard as well. With the Valkyrie, I've run up to 170-180k on Gold before, but that's usually because there is a person or two slagging. Haven't done Platinum in a while, but I'll probably start playing it once I'm done with character wave counts for Machinist.

I can't remember any instances where I broke 200k with a full team. But then again, if memory serves my last Gold solo was done in 230k~ points. I dont see any reason to purposely extend a match to bump my score up. Randoms already get prissy when you triple their combined score, no reason to make it worse eh?

And before any of you come in here and do the whole "score doesn't matter" BS, just stop. Because it does matter at least to an extent, there is no better way to quantify how well you did other than your score. You can do well without scoring high, but there isn't a whole lot of situations where that is viable.
I've done that with a Geth Engineer using a Paladin pistol before Gold buff.
Gold medal in
assists - easy with flamethrower turret
kills
tech kills (again....turret and OL)
pistol kills
revives
headshots
grabs
I also got 6 waves survived and 3 killstreaks.
Yes a high score is ok for measuring how good a player is but also some things are not.
Many times I find players are trying beat others to kills. Umm that's not a mark of the player being good. A kill is simply landing the killshot. You get an assist by pumping one bullet or power into an enemy with someone else killing.
One thing I like to do is go for headshots with a pistol using no scope. Crazy easy with Collectors but easy for everyone else as well. I like the Paladin unlike the Harrier or Javelin, I can pop the headoff most DEBUFFED enemies with one shot from across the map....quickly.
With the new Gold and Platinum buffs, scoring is outta whack now. Hell play UUPH and see how much you get for a boss kill. Wow.

Wow. I never REALLY paid attention to how much medal bonuses add up and how much are just for assists/kills.
You get a Gold Medal then you also got Bronze and Silver so....(just looking at what I remember)
Assists 500, 1000, 2000 = 3500
Grabs ...same = 3500
Pistol 500, 1000, 1500 = 3000
Kills 500, 1000, 2000 = 3500
Melee ...same = 3500
Revives ....same = 3500
Tech ....same = 3500
Headshots ....same = 3500
25K
Full Extraction = 15000
3 Killstreaks = 10000
Gold = 10000
Unknown Map = 2500
Unknown Enemy = 5000
5 Waves (thought it was 6) = 5000
47500....+ 25K = 72,500 right there not including points from kills and assists.

I think my highest score to date would be close to 160k, although I guess it doesn't help that I've been almost exclusively using my GI equipped with a Javelin since Retaliation hit, which really slows down my kill rate.
