I keep seeing people say these packs should be available in the store, but I'm not sure which store you all are referring to exactly...
Do you mean the PSN Store or the actual in game ME3 Multiplayer Store? I have checked both places regardless and have not seen any trace of **either** pack.
Now I do realize that most (if not all) people on ps3 do NOT have their Comm packs yet, but others are saying they got their Victory pack much earlier today? If that's the case, where's mine?
You would think each pack type gets handed out together. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have yet to hear of anyone receiving Comm packs (I feel bad for being on alert for this and putting off studying for finals, lol), but I am among those who got a Victory pack.
I would recommend you wait for now. I think the removal of the Premium Spectre Pack, which was up briefly today, is related to the Victory Pack missing. Once the Commendation Pack is out, I assume everyone will get the Victory plus whatever weekly pack they put up (currently there isn't one).

I never got either pack, and in the store, there is only the 3 basic packs and no equipment or premium pack of any sorts.

I don't have either as well. Just checked, wasn't able to check yesterday. I know I for sure did some runs on Sunday afternoon. I completed at least 3 Gold games, all the way to extraction and out. One was even against Cerb and was a Full Extraction, just *in case*.

Does extra experience come with each multipalyer challenge or is it unique to a specific type of challenge?
