Not sure if anyone knows (or cares), but someone made a mod for ME3s ending, including Harbinger actually getting to speek!

I liked. ;_;
To be fan made, I would've accepted an ending like this where most of everything gets resolved. Would've settled for Reapers becoming ice-cream too. Yum.
Seriously though I'm impressed.

Huh. Cutting out the Catalyst really does make for a much better ending. I do have to agree he was really unnecessary. I think the explanation for where the Reapers came from, who they were created by should have been saved for a Mass Effect 4.

I can see a case for both those endings. The first one makes the ending I was expecting, a more star wars A New Hope type ending. The bit where it's actually Shepard still alive putting Anderson's name on the board was what hit that home for me. Anderson deserves just as much as Shepard imho.
The second one is still really sad, though it accomplishes most of the aspects of the original endings. The cat is triggered, reapers are dealt with, Anderson and Shepard die. The use of Liara giving Shepard a peaceful end was quite the interesting spin on it.
That type of ending would work for my femshep, but not my main Shep who is male and with Tali, though he did have something for Liara in the first one but then they drifted apart. Could be worked in I suppose.
I think most people were kind of like me and wanted a happier ending. Maybe not everything is happy and jolly, but happier, like after all that struggle and hardship we finally get a reward as Shepard.
I'm not a huge fan of that ending, but I still remember hurting really bad as my Shepard limped towards the control option, thinking of Tali and apologizing in my head over and over. The ending isn't perfect by any means, but it registered with me, so it was decent enough.

I don't even mind if the regular ending was tragic and it was okay the first time around when it didn't include those slides explaining what happened to everyone. The Catalyst, that was the problem for me, it just made no sense. "We spent the entire game trying to blast you but turns out you were needed... somehow? I dunno, I just thought I should get you up here and leave my fate in your hands.

I preffer the real ending with indoctrination shep theory (where everything after shepard left earth is all an illusion from the reapers and hes actually still on earth). thats the best ending IMO

Dreadful. Just ripping out some plot doesn't make it any better. Also, the mod part with Joker's mouth not moving is pretty painful.

I feel at least someone better after watching this. At least it makes sense and have a sense of closure.
Funny millions of dollars couldn't do what the fans created. I guess too little of money from the top trickle down to even get this much sense.
