.What is the main difference between the play styles story,action and role-playing?

Does it drastically affect the game?
What changes?

Story = Very easy combat...basically an interactive story
Role playing = Normal ME playstyle, where you make level up and speaking decisions
Action = Auto-leveling and stories are cut scenes....basically turns it into a 3rd person shooter.

They are not playstyles...They are for funny people who don't like mass effect and want a 40hour cutscene or just want one-hit-kill combat,

I read that the rpg one has a more in depth story and more choices when in conversation..the action one has less conversation and the choices lead to you into combat faster.i chose the rpg way.

Narrative mode has lots of story and barely any hard combat Role Playing Mode has i think a little less story then narrative and medium combat and Action has barely any story and lots of hard combat
