What are the bonuses for ME2 Transfers?

What bonuses are there to ME2 save transfers for ME3?

The main bonus is that you will keep your ME2 level & abilities & then a small amount of resources
I think you will also keep all your ship upgrades that don't effect Commander Shepard

^ Plus you dont have to beat the game twice for the acheivment lol.
