Collector's Edition Exclusive Content?

I am having trouble getting my bonus content. I have entered in all my codes, activated the online pass, and linked my BSN account with my XBl account. Does anyone know what the problem could be, or able to point me in the right direction?

The content I'm not getting are the N7 weapons, Robotic dog, N7 hoodie and extra costumes. I redeemed all the codes that came in the box and I've checked my download history and still nothing. =(
There is no specific code for this stuff either, It's supposed to activate when i use my online pass i guess. Thank you for trying to help out anyway. =)

It would help if you would actually tell us what your problem is 0_0
Did you bother to download the content once you had redeemed the code?
It will ask you if you want to, automatically.
If not, access your Download History in Settings > Account > Download History, and it will be there.
