Asari widow?

During the quest to investigate the Asari Colony [the ardat-yakshi monastery], you find one of the Asari Commandos. When you check her datapad, it gives you a quest to seek out her partner on the citadel. My question is, WHERE on the citadel is she?

in the commons with all the shops. If your looking out where all the cars are going by she is on the left set of stairs on the second landing
