About a few logs on the Priority Horizon mission (?)

So pretty close in the beginning, before you drain the water and head in the base, but not on the first floor you come in on; beside this down blue shuttle in one of the corners are two spoken logs with messages to family members.

The log with the woman speaking, I'm pretty sure, is Bailey's ex-wife 'writing' to him. Now the other one is a man 'writing' to his brother. Question is, does anyone have an idea on who the brother is? I've been trying to figure out who exactly the brother could be, but I'm drawing a blank.

I have my doubts that the people on the transports are related to anyone we've met in the game. Those messages were made to show just how deeply Cerberus deceived people looking for safe shelter. The whole galactic population was, what, trillions? It could just have easily been completely random people belonging to completely different families.
