An amazing sequel that improves upon the best sci-fi game of all time.

Mass Effect 2 is a great, nearly perfect sequel to it's predecessor Mass Effect. The graphics got better, the gameplay got better, and so did its story. We have ourselves a larger cast of characters, some broader choices, and some nicer areas and gameplay sequences. This game is a must play for almost anyone, especially sci-fi movie buffs. It would actually be strongly recommended to play the first game before this one, or else the game may come off with the wrong effect, and it won't be as enjoyable.

The good:
-Game outcomes will change depending on your choices.
-Female Shepard.
-Amazing voice acting from the full cast, with some well known actors.
-Great story and cast of characters.
-Entertaining missions and side missions.
-Perfect difficulty.
-Over double the length of the first game.
-Extreme detail and creates a sci-fi world to get lost in.

The bad:
-Story starts out awkwardly after playing the first game and takes some getting used to.
-Gameplay is almost a little too simple, and the combat could have differed from simple cover-and-fire mechanics.
-Male Shepard.
-Some glitches, but not as common as glitches in the first game.

Mass Effect 1 and 2 are great games and both are required to play in anyone's lifetime. But please, play the first one before the second, and enjoy the storyline.
