Mass effect was truly an out standing game, but Mass effect 2 is still better!
When Bioware announced ME2, I was really excited, however, I really doubted that what they would do with the sequel. How they surpass successes of ME?
And now, my questions are completely answered. Bioware simply proved that they can do even better in ME2. Many changes were made, most of them improvements! You'll love the new gameplay. More pressure, but more fun. Enemies are much smarter. They can get into cover, like you, which make it's harder to shoot them. But with new weapons and new skills, you can take some deadly actions to them. I definitely love new snip riffles, especially when you take a heatshot at enemy. Partner's skills were amazing and helpful. I tell you that: In ME2, you'll got fewer powers and skills, but, they're truly valuable. Clear and fun to use.
Inventory had a big changes. In ME, you can loot a lot of weapons, which were only-for-sale. Inventory can trouble you a lot when it's nearly full. But in ME2, you got Upgrades. Thank God! Now, you have a limited weapons. But upgrades will make it better, deadlier. You will not have a headache about choosing weapons!
Storyline. Ahhhh. Storyline in ME was great. I didn't know that ME can improve it. But they did, actually. in ME, side quests are apart from storyline, which make them're boring to take. But now, new storyline get many side quests involved with the storyline. Be aware, it's highly addictive and once played, you cannot get yourself out of the game.
Any drawbacks? Yet, some. New control keys can make you confused at first times, if you played ME before. Scan for material on planets may be boring. But get familiar with that. You'll need it.
Although of some drawbacks, ME2 are definitely an outstanding game, one of the best of all time. Don't miss it!
