I'm going to make a guess as to the one you missed...as it's the last one I found and I had to seriously think about places to look for it,

head over towards where you entered Vulcan station, you cross a rock bridge on the way. There will be a cliff and waterfall to your right as you cross the rock bridge. If you look over the edge to the right, it's not actually a drop into death, there's land there. A data core is down there guarded by some Ymir mechs
