Use your favorite Marvel superstar and duke it out

This game is like your every average fighting game, 1 vs 1 and using punch and kick buttons, as well as combos to do special moves. You choose from 10 fighters from the Marvel universe, and 2 unlockables. You go through the arcade mode and fight every fighter in random order, then the 2 bosses(whom you unlock) Doctor Doom, and Thanos. The game gives some difficulties to choose from. I've enjoyed the game a lot, and played it for hours back when it came out. This game is pretty good and has an awesome soundtrack.

The Saturn version does utilize the 4MB ram cart to give extra frames of animation coming on line with the arcade version of the game. Although, the game does still suffer from frame rate issues, slightly better than the PlayStation version, but still very noticeable, and can affect gameplay. The load times are significantly better as well. But all in all, the game plays just like the PlayStation version.

Marvel Super Heroes has amazing looking sprites, and great very well composed music, as each character has their own theme, and really becoming iconic and suiting the character very well. MSH has the greatest backgrounds of any 2D fighting game out there, while playing you may not notice, but anyone watching you surely will not be bored. Anyone thats a fan of Capcom's fighting games, or fighters in general should check this game out. Aside from bad frame rate, there really is an amazing game behind, and is very hard to find in the arcades nowadays.

The Saturn port is better than the PlayStation version with the backup of the Ram cart, but either version will give you virtually the same experience. Although the Saturn controller, along with some fantastic arcade sticks for the system really do make the Saturn version more viable.
