Well, barely, but better than Mario is missing. Mostly because the game isn't as boring. You can actually.... surf. Yeah, thats right. Cool. Other than that, the game doesn't offer ANYTHING worth mentioning. Educating the players? Oh come on. I was like 7 years old when I played this. I had NO CLUE what the game was about, so I actually WASTED money on this game, just like I wasted on Mario is missing. Surely, graphics are fine. I mean, the surfing is well-done. Given the fact this was released in 1993, it imitated 3D pretty well. The gameplay is... VERY disappointing, nothing like Mario games, with the exception it has Mario characters in it.
