True kart racing to the final lap. This is Mario Kart Wii!
Game play- 9.5 The game plays like it should. The only drawback is that if you are in first you can sometimes find yourself in last because of 3 to 4 items that hit you right in a row. No lag even on Wi-Fi with 12 players.
Controls- 9.0 The car steers great, in fact the best i've seen on the Wii. You can also use any type of controller you want. A con I have seen is if you want to drift you have to hit the B button. it doesn't feel right and you find yourself in the grass.
Replay- 10.0 lets do some math to find out how long the game is. 2.5 mins a track times 4 tracks gives you 10 mins for a set there are 8 sets to a difficulty level so you get 80 mins and there are 4 levels for a grand total of (drum roll in background) 320 mins and there is mutiplayer which i've played more that single player. There is 4 players on 1 Wii or 1 or 2 players on a Wii over Wi-Fi that can reach 12 players on a track.
Final Score (cheap drum roll again) 9.5! yeah! Mario Kart Wii will keep you racing well past that final lap.
