It is over challenging. There is no difficulty setting. If you are a beginner you will probably struggle. There are some events which are absoloutely amazing and some which are just trajic.

The mission are lazy, repetitive and boring. There is no real want to play them. When you get good at the game there is the urge to play the game and get better. You want to beat the high scores and gain emblems (just like the Gamespot concept) and get onto the highscores board.

Play at your own risk. Very good if you get stuck into it. You may also consider just playing it multiplayer with your friends which is fun, you can battle it out with other mario/sonic characters to win your very own olympic games! You may want to try other games like this first and see whether you think it would be the game for you. I have tried many other mario games and this is my favourite, but only once I had got used to it.
