This game was OK, but one thing really disappointed me about this, and it isn't the gameplay.
When I heard there was going to be a game with both Mario AND Sonic in it, i was stoked. I couldn't wait for it, and i knew it would be a huge hit and a classic. Well, I was right about one thing: it was a huge hit, but it's definitely not a classic. Keep in mind that this game IS fun, but there is one real thing that disappointed me: there's really no interaction between the characters.
This game is basically a sports game with Mario and Sonic characters slapped on it. Here I am thinking: Oh Boy Sonic and Mario are gonna meet for the first time ever. What are they gonna do? What will their reactions be? BUt sadly, they don't really 'meet'. All they do is stand next to eachother at the beginning of events and minigames if they're chosen together. That for me was a huge diss.
Overall, I think they should make another Mario and Sonic game, but it should not be a multiplayer sports game, it should be a side-scroller, with a plot and cutscenes!!
