Gameplay. It can become tedious to get used to the controls of both Mario and Luigi at the same time, but the battle system is fun with it's counter attack defense system. However, I can't stand how one brother goes in front of the other brother, if he is slain in battle. It makes it so much more difficult to time your defense attacks. Graphics. Plain 2D GBA graphics. Nothing special. Sound. Nothing special. Not very memorable tunes, and the song loops are so short. Value. Pretty good for $30. The game took me 16 1/2 hours to finish. But it was a pretty solid game with some side quests. Tilt. This is a solid RPG by Nintendo for the GBA. I would recommend it. At first I had doubts about getting into it because I thought it was based on jumping only. But man was I wrong. There are hammer and hand attacks too, as well as Bros. attacks (which I never really used).
