when i originally hired this game out i thought it had potential to be awesome (after all, gamespot hardly gives any games good reviews:D) and my firstr impressions were good. good graphics, you could tag on any wall etc. but after playing for a couple of hours i started noticing glaring problems.. the biggest one being the often horrible camera angles. when you are given 30 seconds to put up a tag and you cannot see what you are doing it is unbeliveably frustrating. the fighting was ok but i never really felt i was in control, more just button mashing, and the fighting felt realy disjointed. even though the aim was to be stealthy, i ended up going out and beating every one up more often than not as sneaking around all the guards seemed ridiculously difficult at times. i found the descrepancies in realistic/unrealistic bits hard to swallow, such as people chasing you and then all you have to do is jump to a platform just above eye level and crouch and your enemies wil walk off again as if nothing has happened. i think the developers really could have spent more time to create better methods of losing enemies. on the good side, the tags that you can put up are very cool and often pretty humourous, and the game does look pretty good on the ps2.

i clocked in a 3 day period, and once completed, there is not incentive to play it again so i would only reccomend a hire and certainly not a buy.

hope this helped anyone thinking about getting it!
