How should I use my SP reset?

11x (soon to be 12x) DrK

This is the build I have right now:

1st Job: max everything, 14 IB
2nd Job: max everything, 4 Ground Smash
3rd Job: max everything, no Endure, 4 ER
4th Job: max Dark Impale, max(ing) Berserk, 1 Rush, 1 Monster Magnet

Dragon Buster and Endure are gonna switch places, and I'm thinking of taking 6 from Fury to max ER. That leaves 14 points I can use on anything from 1st-3rd Job, and nothing looks particularly appealing. What should I do with the remaining points?

For third job:

Leave Dragon Buster at 1 or 0 so you can have 3 or 4 Elemental Resistance respectively and max everything else.

IMO, max the skills that need to be maxed for 4th job, and all the passives.
