The game is about a man in the mental assylum and he escapes from there and then goes on a search for his old life while at the same time hiding from the people hired to catch or kill him.The story is about a plot of some horrific experiments on peole.Yeah, those videos were really very gross.I got the uncensored version and it was full of gore and violence.i think that was the reason the game was banned in the US and later a censored version was launched..I didnt get the idea of the story very well but i did like the immersive gamelay.Its graphics are not that bad.The only thing that irritated me was was being stealthy while playing.Overall yhe game was fun to play.The in game movies were excellent and the theme of the mental assylum in the beginning was great and it gave you the creeps .
