Disappointing sequel that's a missing map editor, skirmish mode and random level generator.
Pretty graphics aside, the game boasts a meager 16 missions. It is missing the map editor, skirmish mode and random level generator from the previous version. So re-playability is not an option. It's a major step down, and I predict it will be quickly drowned out by better titles surfacing around the holidays. If you have to have it, wait a few months for the clearance and bargain bin. It should be there very soon.
I would have purchased this game, if it had lived up to the standards set forth in the original. Unfortunately, I can not recommend "Majesty 2" to anyone. Especially any loyal fan of Ardania.
