i know right, you can do whatever u want... I particularly like to call field goal block zone plays because it looks like field goal block but is pretty decent short zones... get some nice funny picks vs my friends

I would argue that winning is almost as important as the sport, but this isn't a sport, it's Madden. If I had NFL talent and was stuck on a losing mentality team like Cleveland I'd have a mental breakdown and probably go through a mid-life crisis at 25.

The point is, most people who play madden simply cannot mentally cope with the thought of losing, which is sad. If given the opportunity, most of them would find joy if the game simply asked them to press A button to pull up a screen saying "YOU WIN!" and give them a W lol.

I haven't played online in over a year. I think I played Madden 12 online maybe twice. Either people are idiots that play cheap and always go for it on 4th down, or they just quit on you if they're down by a bit. I like to play fair and play like you would a standard football game, but the 17 year olds are too busy playing as the Eagles and running out of the pocket on every play. Nobody over the age of 14 should be playing like that, though the "community," and I use that term loosely, seems chock full of kids that are half my age.

The object of the game is to win. If someone going for it on 4th down every time gives them the best chance to win, then that's what they should do. These people are playing by the actual rules of the game, not by your personal made-up rules that don't matter to anyone but you.

If you don't want people to go for it on 4th down, stop them on 4th down. Give them an actual reason not to go for it, as it relates to the goal of winning the game within the real rules.

/\ exactly then when you are up by 21 by the end of 1st QTR they quit, I hate playing with people like that cause it makes the game to easy when they fail so I quit in a game I like challenges, so you don't play like you are trying to win then i won't play you.
