Great video this does change my mind about how good Vick really is. Also they just showed the best of the plays really this could pretty much be any QB and last Vick got under like 150 yards each game. Eagles now are not very good. As of when I posted.
the most eletrifying presentation are the ravens and ray lewis when he comes out but you cant enjoy it cuz he retires after 1 season that sucks! cuz all the other presentations are dull the crowd dies down after a while and eventually skip it and the intro cutsecnes is borin to me all the blots of paint i persolly love brian dawkins telling me "CAN YOU FEEL THAT? THAT THING BEATING IN YO GODANG CHEST RIGHT NOW!"

@DaCool2008 The "we're all human" thing applies to making mistakes, not purposefully holding a puppy's head under water till it stops kicking. And its been a week because i have better things to do than lurk on a gaming site.
I call total BS on the Ravens footage. Regardless of who he might be playing for, Vick will be in a body cast by the time it snows. And way to take this piece so seriously, GS.
@slowdrum13 haha i find it funny that its been a full week since this video has been uploaded and yet you choose now to respond? lets ignore that for now first off no one is saying that what vick did was not wrong, of course it was and he deserved to go to jail for it so constantly trying to bring it up doesnt help your arguement because its common sense by now. second a wise man once said let he who is without sin cast the first stone, i know im not without sin how about you, do you have any right to judge a man who has served his time and trying to rehibilitate his life and do better, if so go ahead but i seriously doubt thats the case seeing as we're all human. and lastly those comment ratings? they dont determine right, wrong, or whats true or false, it just determines what people wanna hear, thank you.
@DaCool2008 And saying that i just shouldn't watch the eagles because of what he did is like me saying that if someone didn't like me having sex with his wife then he just shouldn't watch. it doesn't go away just because you don't watch, and something needs to be done about it. Its not just a matter of ignoring it, what he did is WRONG, and he's a terrible person, not just as an athlete.
@DaCool2008 I've never drowned puppies, so i think i have a better record in the matter than he does. and i think others agree with me by the ratings on each of our comments.
Marko Djordjevic's voice in both the intro and outro sounded flat, dull, and lifeless. C'mon dude, you're getting paid to play video games! Show a little exuberance! Make it sound like you enjoy what you're doing!
Great...another year of everyone picking the eagles in online matches, just so they can be cheap and scramble every play. So sick of madden. Will the exclusive NFL contract ever end between the NFL and EA? I want my NFL2k series back. They were the only franchise pushing madden to improve and now because of EA's exclusive deal, they're getting fat and lazy..releasing 3 year old games with roster updates and new cover art.
@DaCool2008 Well said. Society is so willing to continually point the finger at people after they've done their time, come out and try to make things right by becoming a good citizen. So far Vick has done everything that our justice system has required him to do. @slowdrum13:if you dont like the fact hes in the nfl, dont watch him, or a better idea instead of worring about vick playing despite what happend four years ago why dont you protest against people who are currently doing this. was micheal vick wrong, yes did he deserve to go to jail, absolutly, and did he do his time, yes. and most importantly now that he is out of jail is he doing the right things, helping the community and, and telling kids not to make his mistakes? so far that has been yes. its funny how people hate vick for doing this which is understandable, but im willing to bet now that he is out of jail he's done more than you to help prevent dogfighting. ironic eh?
I love how they show the Bears getting beat by Vick when in reality they absolutely crushed him the one time they faced him last year.
I am surprised, Gamespot, at this poor video. First, we do not know what difficulty level the game is set at. Any skilled Madden player can win with any team if the difficulty is easy enough. Second, as @prodigest said, we do not learn how much the team's overall rating is altered by adding Vick to the team, nor can we compare Vick's rating with the quarterbacks he is replacing unless we go into Madden 12 and look for ourselves. Third, the person controlling the quarterback is using quarterback run plays far more regularly than any real QB could. All this does, as @Tookyocookiez says, is highlight the issues present with the game, which you just gave a mediocre review to. While this shows his skills in the simulation world, it does little to convince us of the point that he could turn around a franchise in the real world. Finally, the nature of the video itself. It seems, when seen through the lens of the poor research listed above, that this is one persons way of using a mediocre video game and Gamespot resources to illustrate his personal feelings about an NFL player. The article therefore seems to be less about the game and more about Michael Vick, making it more suitable to an NFL blog, not a respected video game website. Again, I am surprised, considering how insightful your work usually is, that this was allowed to "air" in the mediocre condition it is in.
