Madden XX was the 20th Anniversary Edition of the Game, which also came with the NFL Head Coach game. I was really looking forward to this, as I had only recently purchased my PS3, and had last played Madden 07 on PC. In many ways the game is a step up, but the franchise and be a superstar gameplay modes were almost exactly the same as 07, which was disappointing. Initially I really liked Head Coach for all the goals and way it was designed, but the bugginess really got to me and drove me nuts. Too bad they never revisited it again, as it had great potential. At the time I really enjoyed it, but found Defensive play hard to master, even on easy difficulty. The packaging for the 2 games together as one in the Anniversary Edition was very nice, very classy looking. I enjoyed the Virtual Reality simulator for Madden Skill Level. Good, solid game, but very out of date now.
