DreamWorks Madagascar (Game Boy Advance)

Actually a very fun diversion that keeps the whimsy of the movie 89% intact.

I got this game as a gift in 2004, and I absolutely got addicted. In a Mario-style platformer with the story and characters of the fantastically funny movie Madagascar, you play as Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Gloria the hippo, and Melman the giraffe (as well as the hilarious penguins) and go through the main plot of the movie, saving lemurs and even playing a rhythm game starring the hypochondriacal Melman. The colorful spritage and controls are very basic, but the game is a fun little platformer for all ages. Especially fourth graders. This game is definitely geared for fourth graders.
