The latest installment of the Luxor series goes beyond presenting you with more addictive arcade game play, it also offers some of the most wonderfully styled background art of any casual game to date. Along with the satisfaction of completing the challenging levels comes the reward of seeing yet another beautiful image as the backdrop. Plenty of upgradeable powerups are available on your journey through ancient Egypt. The Onslaught and Crossing the Nile modes are unique twists on the traditional Luxor game play as well as a nice homage to the classic arcade games that helped inspire the series. If you're craving some good brain twisters then you'll love Puzzle mode. Luxor 3 is not only a worthy sequel in this acclaimed series from MumboJumbo, it sets the bar for casual arcade shooters.
