A really fun RPG for the PSP crowd

Lunar: Silver Star Harmony is one of those RPG games that really grows on you. When you start playing the game, you don't really identify with the characters but as you continue, the characters start to become familiar. The anime cutscenes do an excellent job of getting you hooked. The story is well thought out and exciting! The game isn't overly difficult such that you get to the point of it being extremely frustrating. The only fault that I found (if it applies to RPG games of this sort), is that you have to fight a lot of monsters in order to level up and make it past some levels. At some point, you do reach a stage where you are more interested in progressing rather than fighting more and more monsters. The boss fights are incredible, though. The battle system is very simple and using character skills is the most interesting highlight of the game. I have to say that this game definitely takes the gold in my book among RPG games for the PSP.
