Good for a remake, good for a GBA. Good for awhile. I find this a good but repetetive game....

Gamepley: The gameplay was very old school and simple and I like old school, a lot. What threw me off was the lack of variety. In the beginning of the game all you do is "Sord Dance" the strong enemies. They could have atleast had alex have two initial skills instead of making him look like a big trainee. I know he can be better. What did cathc my eye was the specials. That adds some gameplay points. Overall, to me the gameplay is a mere "8"...

Graphics: The graphics were a big spin off to me. I really loved the sprites. The in-battle sprites that is. The games out game graphics are horrible. Okay, not entirely bad but lightly terrible. The cinematics (Or special graphics as you may say, due to the fact that it is not 3D) are full blown as the battle graphics. This game could have gotten a 9, if it weren't for those medeling out battle graphics. I love the character art when they use a special as well. That is why it gets a "8" by me. Almost got a "7"...

Sound: Oh my god. These songs are good but repetetive to the end. It sounds like some flute made band using some loud ass amplifier or played right next to some mic. Probably is. There is bassically nothing more than I can say about the audio.

Value: The game is worth playing. It's a good way of playing before getting the "real" LUNAR: Silver Star. Thing is I played this game to see how LUNAR: SSC is good. But thing is they say they are totally different. I sure hope so. But this game is still a good way to get into old school RPGs....
