I have wanted to play Lost Planet 2 for some time, but I have never got the chance to do it. I was glad when it was free with Gold games. Thus I gave it a try. The game is a third-person shooter with no cover system whatsoever. I think the game was designed to be played online co-op but I played it on my own with AI partners. At the beginning it seems it's a little shallow, the story seems a little off, but continuing playing it you discover there's more to it. The AI partners seem decent enough, but the enemy AI is stupid. At times you get bored because a lot of time you activate posts (that's your save point) to gather information about certain areas or enemies. There are some boss battles, some tougher, but nothing one can't manage here. The graphics is not something never seen before, but serviceable. Overall, it's a good shooter and I enjoyed it.
