I must admit a few things before I write this humble review: firstly, I played less than an hour, and secondly, I am very critical of this genre of games (action-RPG). Generally if the game doesn't captivate me right away (within first 5 minutes) than it's pretty much a let down and I can't even bring myself to playing it on. This game failed my expectations in every single way! Firstly, the very first impression is the opening cinematic. It was bad at best, and I swear I've seen game cinematics released in games over 6 years ago that were better looking! Not just that, but it didn't establish anything. This was a bad sign of things to come. Then I selected my character, and when the game began I looked on in amazement at a character that looked utterly horrible. When turning it simply just rotates without any animation to show the corresponding movement. Animating character movements in my book is the absolute minimum. Then I had to fight a few baddies which was about as pointless and empty as it could have been. Now, I know that it's not fair to judge a game based on less than an hour of experience, but honestly it's such a terrible start that it simply cannot get any better. Only good thing is that I didn't buy the game, or else I would have been pissed!
