One thing you need to keep in mind with LOMAC is that you will need a very powerful system to run it at the maximum detail settings. Even with a 3 GHz P4 / 1 Gig Ram / 256 mb 5900 Ultra card, I cannot run this game at max settings and get a decent FPS. The game also has some bugs in the release version but I expect them to get sorted out pretty soon. If you are a fan of flight sims, you probably bought the game already (not like we have a lot of options). If you are a casual gamer, LOMAC is probably worth picking it up once the bugs get sorted out with some patches.
