Problem with Reddem Code?

hello guys ... I bought the game last week, and bought a card and not by Psn ... I live in Brazil and I'm having the following problem: I received reddem code, because I bought the pre-sale, but do not get the special clothing, such as clothes big daddy. The game came sealed, and I've done the download code, but the clothes do not appear. Anyone know why and can help me?
