Does the digital version of the game include online pass for all the users?

Basically that, I'm planning on buying the game for 10 bucks tomorrow, I've read that the digital version doesn't require purchase of an online pass, but does this apply to all user accounts of that given console?

If you have the digital version, it automatically comes with the online pass, so as long as you aren't playing, say, the blu-Ray version, it should let you right in. :)
