Where i can find the water ?

The 'Water' tool is found in the first level in the PotC level pack (Pirates of the Carabein, forgive my spelling please), right as you come in the level, it's a sun overlooking a body of water. The bubble tool is found later in the same level, and the scuba gear is in it's own item level, like how you get the unlimited life checkpoint, that kind of level. The Potc pack is appox 5-6$, so it's not bad. It's in your tools bag when you get it, all the way to the right, where you change the color and foggyness of your level, go down, there is Water level, waves, Water color, water murkyness, and Water bits.
