Do all the LBP GOTY editions come with a Modnation racers beta voucher?

I heard that the game was supposed come with a voucher for the modnation racers beta, is this true? and If so is there a limited quantity or does every goty edition contain one

No they are put in random ones and I dont think they are limited so luck.
